• Forever Group Co. Ltd. was first established in 1995 and it started creating TV commercials by computer graphic techniques.

    • In 1996, Computer Graphic Training Center was founded and a lot of graphic designers, print and publishing technicians and broadcasting professionals have been produced.

    • In 1998, the Computer Technology Training Institute was opened with the cooperation of Ministry of Information. The Business Guide CD Rom and Myanmar Wikipedia CD Rom were made.

    • In 2001, the E-Education learning system was launched with the cooperation of Ministry of Education and Ministry of information.

    • In 2001, with the use of one way data broadcasting technology, the electronic copy files of daily newspapers could be delivered to the other newspaper publishing houses and rural areas.

    • In 2003, the first Myanmar e-book business was launched in May. www.foreverspace.com.mm website was also introduced.

    • In 2004, May, MRTV- 4 channel started broadcasting with the cooperation of Ministry of Information and Myanmar Radio and Television.

    • In 2005, the very first pay TV service in Myanmar was started and the new TV channels like 5 Movies and 5 Series was produced.

    • In 2006, MRTV-4 International was launched with (14) International channels including ESPN, Star Sports, Fox Movies and Star World.

    • In 2008, Mandalay FM channel was launched for Yangon and Mandalay. It can be tuned in the towns along the Yangon-Mandalay Highway.

    • In 2010, the news channels such as For Info, For Sports, For Edu, For Choice, For Tunes, For Comedy, For Drama, For Cinema, For AD and so on were broadcast as 4 Digital Channels.

    • In 2012, Channel 7 channel was started broadcasting with the cooperation of Forever Bec-Tero Co., Ltd. 

Now, the High Definition (HD) channels such as 4HD, ESPN HD, Fox Movies HD, Star World HD, NGC HD and History HD have been successfully launched. And all the programs have been shot with HD cameras to produce programs with clear, sharp, and vivid colours with HD quality images for our channels.

In 2009, jointly organized with ALBD (Asia-Pacific Institute of Broadcast Development), the Myanmar Media Development Center (MMDC) was founded with the objective of training the media technologies for MRTV, MRTV-4 and FM Radio Stations. MMDC was officially launched in 2012 for public who is interested to study media and communication fields.
